Directions to the McDowell County Health Department from Boone

Take 221 South to Marion. You will go throught he Wal-Mart (US 70) intersection and continue to the exit marked "Henderson Street / Marion". (This exit is also marked for the McDowell Hospital - keep watching for those signs also - the hospital is close to the Health Department). On the off ramp you will turn left onto West Henderson Street. At the third stop light you will turn right onto Rankin. Turn right onto Spaulding Road. You will follow this road for approximately one-half mile and you will see the Health Department on your right.
