Welcome to the Rutherford County Health Department where we work every day to improve the health of those living in our beautiful area. Our facility is located in Spindale between the Rutherford County Senior Center and Rutherford County Library.  At the Rutherford County Health Department we are dedicated to providing public health services ranging from adult and childhood immunizations to lead screening and the Women, Infants, Children (WIC) nutrition program. We are proud to be a part of this community.
