What is the Child Service Coordination Program?
The CSC Program provides for identification of children at risk for developmental delays, disability, chronic illness or social and emotional disorders.
We provide follow-up to high risk infants through home visits and telephone contacts to ensure that they receive the care needed from available community resources.
The CSC Program assures that children receive routine medical care and immunizations.
We help you find answers to your questions you have about your child.
We also assist you in finding resources that may be helpful to your and your baby.
